Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our

Project Management Office (PMO) team within the Information Technology sector.

This role is responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of IT services and contributing to the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate should strong communication and organization skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to monitor and manage service performance. The role requires adherence to PMO methodologies, standards and best practices to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensure requirements clearly understood and addressed. Manage the end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently achieved. Oversee service delivery budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure effective and efficient allocation. Prepare and present service delivery performance reports to stakeholders, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions. Support and participate in multiple projects under the Project Management Office (PMO). Ensure all project activities comply with PMO methodologies, templates, and established quality standards.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in

Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT industry/functions

Professional certifications such as ITIL will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of project management practices

and familiarity with established frameworks.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
