Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enforce PMO frameworks, templates, and methodologies. Track adherence to governance checkpoints and escalation procedures. Consolidate project updates into portfolio dashboards and executive reports. Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) across initiatives. Provide RAG status tracking and benefits realization reporting. Support cost tracking, chargeback models, and budget variance reporting. Monitor resource utilization across projects and departments. Prepare documentation for Steering Committees, Portfolio Reviews, and governance forums. Facilitate knowledge management in Confluence and PMO repositories. Capture lessons learned and contribute to refining PMO processes. Benchmark PMO practices against industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in project/PMO support, business analysis, or reporting roles. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or MS Project. * Professional certifications (CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar) are a plus.
