Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Management Officer (PMO)

to support and coordinate cybersecurity projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with the company's cybersecurity objectives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project tracking, documentation, reporting, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion. Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth execution. Prepare and present regular progress updates, performance reports, and status dashboards for management. Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and compliance reports. Identify and escalate potential project risks or issues and assist in developing mitigation plans. Liaise and coordinate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project budgets, assist in procurement processes, and manage billing documentation. Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies, processes, and cybersecurity standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Project Management

, or a related discipline.

2-5 years

of experience in project coordination, PMO, or similar roles -- ideally within

IT or cybersecurity environments

. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent). Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks will be an added advantage. Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work both independently and within a team.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
