Job Description

• Candidate must have at least a Diploma in Computer Science / Information technology / Engineering
• Experience in project support or administrative roles within the ICT industry is preferred
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, a positive attitude, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team with minimal supervision.
• Candidate must have a driving licence and means of transportation (Motorcycle / Car)
• Good knowledge in MS application Office (Project, Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Good language mastery in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to learn new things

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as project plans, status updates, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure they are completed on schedule and within the defined scope.
• Identify, evaluate, and address project risks and issues to reduce their impact on project delivery.
• Act as a liaison for project-related inquiries, communicating information between project teams and suppliers
• Keep project documentation organized and easily accessible, ensuring IT meets company standards
