Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Project Management, or related fields
Fresh graduates can apply for Project Assistant
1-2 years experience preferred for Executive level
3+ years experience with leadership ability for Project Leader
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to follow up closely
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Good problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in Mandarin or English
Able to start work immediately will be prioritized
Responsibilities
Support project planning, roadmap creation, and task scheduling
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and project documentation
Help C-level executives visualise their ideas by turning concepts into clear plans, charts, and presentations
Coordinate internal discussions with departments (IT, marketing, warehouse, service, accounts)
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project progress
Assist in identifying issues, risks, and proposing solutions
Ensure all project timelines and deliverables are met
Lead project meetings and manage cross-department communication (Leader level)
Guide and supervise junior staff (Leader level)
