Description General information:Lead the execution of small projects with low complexity and ensure all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health and safety environment requirements, cost/profitability targets and scheduled targets.Responsibilities:Create and update project plans, include milestones, schedules, and deadlines. Responsible for project execution and control. Review turned over sales documents to determine whether they are in accordance with Hitachi Energy offer and customer contract, scope of work and terms and conditions. Manage resources such as human resources and equipment to ensure that a project meets its goals within budget and on time. Review and solve complex technical and financial issue of the contract and scope of work and effectively communicate appropriate information, update to internal and external project stakeholders. Process project and customer requirement for project implementation. Adhere Safety/Security protocols before and during site execution of Hitachi Energy and Customer. Monitor, control, and releases requests for invoicing based in terms and condition, contract milestone and collection of receivables. Document management, controls documentation accuracy and consistency, based on the tasks assigned and Project Documentation and procedures agreed with the customer. Conduct analysis of plan versus actual project performance and reporting of margin slippage, discuss and apply lesson learned for improvement. Create CCRP and handle warranty issues and closing.Your background:Bachelor\'s degree on Electrical Engineering is an advantage. Ideal candidate should posses 3-4 years of working experience Preferably with Certificate on Project Management or Associate Project Management. With strong training backbone and commitment to Health, Safety and Security. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Project Planner. Detail oriented with high level of organization skills. Self-motivated, proactive and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaborate with global team from remote. Ability to travel on remote site areas and with valid Driver\'s License.
