Job Summary Responsible for the operational management of distinct mid-size local/regional projects or mid-size projects of a program and ensures that the overall project objectives are clearly defined and met. These projects are characterized by medium complexity, medium change and communications elements and important business impact. Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities Takes accountability for a successful implementation of distinct mid-size local/regional projects or mid-size projects of a program, sub-projects, or phases of a larger project projects. They select appropriate processes required to meet the project objectives. They adapt to and apply different delivery approaches and perform, with appropriate support, project management processes to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control as well as close a project in accordance with the Zurich project management frameworks and policies. They develop detailed project plans at task level based on the agreed business case and comply with requirements to meet the needs and expectations of senior stakeholders. They balance the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk to produce the specified product, service, or result, managing project risks appropriately. They engage with other project managers to understand and share best practices and learnings and coach other more junior project managers.
