1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish. 2. Develop project plans and schedules and ensure they are followed. 3. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met. 4. Hire, train, and supervise staff, including contractors, architects, engineers, and construction workers. 5. Ensure that all work complies with building codes, regulations, and safety requirements. 6. Procure all necessary materials, equipment, and supplies needed for the project. 7. Develop and manage budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints. 8. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors. 9. Work with architects and engineers to review and approve designs and plans. 10. Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure smooth project implementation. 11. Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and workers. 12. Manage and mitigate risks associated with the project. 13. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project. 14. Develop and implement safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all workers. 15. Ensure that the project meets environmental regulations and standards. 16. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project. 17. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being completed according to plan. 18. Provide progress reports to clients and stakeholders on a regular basis. 19. Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss project status, goals, and objectives. 20. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality of work.
