PROJECT MANAGER

Location : Alor Setar

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Project Construction Management/ Engineering (Civil /Structural) or equivalent. Strong preference for more than 15 years of experience in Infrastructure Projects, preferably have experience in bridges works, earthworks, geotechnical works and roadworks. Very strong project leadership skills and ability with direct to JKR, consultant and sub-contractor teams. Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Preferably local candidates from Alor Setar , Kedah Site location in (Alor Setar, Kedah)

Task & Responsibilities :

Ensures all construction works are carried out in right sequence and well-coordinated. Demonstrate experience in scheduling, construction oversight, site planning, change management, commissioning, reporting, document management and contract administration. Ensures timely completion of the project and all works are carried out safely in accordance to specification with highest quality of work and within budget. Responsible for integrating the efforts of all contributors on the projects. Attend all progress meetings and/or client progress meetings. Monitor and report to Project Director on the progress of all project activity, including significant milestones, and any conditions which would affect project cost, schedule quality or risk profile. Develop recommendations and action plans to resolve issues/risks affecting or likely to affect the successful execution of the project. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports. And all other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
