Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Lead end-to-end project management including construction, architectural drawings, and fit-out works from concept design to final handover. Prepare, review, and coordinate

Measured Drawings

, technical documentation, and government tender submissions (both technical & financial proposals). Plan, monitor, and manage project schedules (CPM), key deliverables, budgets, and procurement timelines. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, JKR, and local authorities to ensure compliance and timely delivery. Ensure compliance with tender requirements, building codes, safety standards, and permit regulations. Oversee site execution, conduct inspections, and resolve technical or logistical issues. Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders including clients, government representatives, vendors, and internal teams. Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation measures. Prepare project reports and ensure timely submission of updates and deliverables.

Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in

Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management

, or a related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

in construction project management and consultant coordination, preferably in government or public sector projects. Strong knowledge of public procurement and tender processes, including

and submissions to authorities (BOMBA, PBT, etc.). Proficient in

CPM, MS Project, and AutoCAD

(experience with

BIM/Revit

is an advantage). Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and willing to travel/outstation when required.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
