Lead and manage the full project lifecycle -- from conceptual design, architectural documentation, construction, and interior fit-out, up to final completion and handover.
Prepare, verify, and coordinate Measured Drawings, technical documents, and tender submissions, including both technical and financial proposals for government projects.
Develop and track project timelines (CPM), deliverables, budgets, and procurement plans to ensure all milestones are met.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams such as architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, JKR, and local authorities to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Ensure adherence to tender specifications, statutory requirements, building codes, safety standards, and relevant authority approvals.
Supervise on-site works, perform progress inspections, and troubleshoot technical or operational challenges promptly.
Maintain consistent and transparent communication with all stakeholders including clients, government agencies, vendors, and project teams.
Anticipate project risks and implement effective preventive or corrective measures.
Prepare comprehensive project reports and ensure timely submission of progress updates and deliverables.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in managing construction or consultancy projects, preferably within government or public sector environments.
Strong understanding of public procurement procedures, ePerolehan systems, and authority submission processes (e.g. BOMBA, PBT).
Skilled in CPM, MS Project, and AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM or Revit is an added advantage.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and analytical abilities with strong interpersonal communication skills.
Able to perform under pressure, handle multiple concurrent projects, and willing to travel or work outstation as needed.
