Job description:

t * Focus on meeting project commitments, including communication with multiple internal and external customers.
t * Defining and structuring of projects to achieve targets in terms of delivery time, quality, cost and customer satisfaction.
t * Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
t * Resolve or assist in resolving conflicts between projects or functional areas.
t * Develop methods to monitor project or area of progress.
t * Provide corrective supervision if necessary.
t * Other tasks assigned by superior.


Job Requirements:
t * Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent.
t * Strong background in manufacturing / semiconductor industry.
t * Experience in project management.
t * Proficiency in using MS Office and MS Project.
t * Ability to organize and handle projects within prescribed time frames.
t * Knowledge of quality management systems.
t * Fluent in verbal and written English.
t * Through understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools.
t * Initiate, Execute & Control scope, workplans, resources, deliverables, Q/A, transition planning, etc.
t * Close, completion and assessment. Ensure open communication on the project team for internal customer side.
t * Analyse the risks and future impact of decisions.
t * High competency to confer and ability to work in teams.
t * Team player, ability to motivate.
t * Candidate must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
