Responsibilities

Initiation

: Develop project charter, identify stakeholders.

Planning

: Create project management plan, define/manage scope & WBS, schedule, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder expectations.

Execution

: Manage project work, quality, team, communications, procurements, and stakeholder engagement.

Monitoring & Controlling

: Track and control scope, time, costs, quality, communications, procurements, stakeholder engagement, and project changes.

Closure

: Close project phases and procurements.

Desired Skills

Background in financial services (Capital Markets, Banking, eBanking, Risk, Compliance, Insurance). Fluent in English plus Mandarin or Cantonese (mandatory). Knowledge of Waterfall & Agile methodologies, business transformation frameworks, and best practices. Strong planning, analytical, strategic, leadership, and people management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence diverse stakeholders. Independent, results-oriented, able to work under pressure in complex organizations. PMP certification is a plus.

Experience

Proven end-to-end project management in banking/financial institutions. Skilled in reviewing deliverables for quality and compliance. Track record of delivering results in large, complex organizations. Ability to build relationships with both business and technology stakeholders across geographies.
