Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage
loan origination and digital lending projects
from initiation through execution and delivery.
Work closely with
software development teams
to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Oversee
end-to-end project planning
, including scope definition, budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
Ensure
regulatory compliance
in all project deliverables, especially related to credit, lending, and data security standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders
(business, IT, operations, compliance, vendors) to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Manage and mitigate
project risks
, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Conduct
project reviews
to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Act as a
bridge between business teams and software developers
, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
strongly preferred.
5-8 years of project management experience
, with
at least currently under 3-5 years in banking or financial services.
Strong experience in loan origination systems
(LOS) and
end-to-end lending process workflows

Software development background
(hands-on or in managing development teams) with understanding of SDLC, APIs, and integration projects.
Proven track record in
delivering large-scale banking projects
(loan origination, credit systems, or digital lending platforms).
Excellent
stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
