Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage specialized industrial projects with a focus on HVAC and cleanroom environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, stakeholder coordination, cost control, and timely handover while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Responsibilities:

• Act as the focal point to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead the technical and project teams upon contract award, ensuring proper execution of EPC, design, construction management, or design-build projects.
• Manage and resolve project-related issues with system owners, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with government laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Plan and prepare detailed project schedules to ensure on-time handover.
• Take accountability for overall contract execution, including project profit and loss performance through cost and schedule management.
• Attend and represent the company in commercial, design, technical, internal, and site meetings.
• Ensure adherence to DOSH, EHS regulations, and cleanroom protocols throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial projects or construction operations.
• Strong background in multi-discipline projects, with preference for HVAC and cleanroom project experience.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Must possess a valid CIDB Green Card.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project will be an added advantage.
