About the company:
Our client is a Hong Kong-listed company with an overseas subsidiary in Kulai, Johor. The company focuses on prefabricated data center solutions and integrated energy systems covering power generation, grid, load, and storage. It also specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of electrical distribution cabinets, power transmission and distribution equipment, electronic components, and new energy products.
Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the product delivery of data center projects, ensuring successful completion within the established budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
• Establish and strictly implement Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems to ensure full compliance throughout the project and achieve zero major safety incidents.
• Systematically manage various project risks and act as the key liaison coordinating among headquarters, local project teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-cultural project teams, overcoming geographical and cultural differences to ensure efficient collaboration and achievement of project objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related fields, with at least 3 years of project management experience (experience in multinational or cross-border projects is an advantage).
• Proficient in data center power infrastructure, construction standards, and local regulations; PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, and contract management, with proficiency in using professional tools for project planning and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with English as a working language, capable of effectively managing teams and suppliers from different regions.
• Results-oriented, with strong leadership and stress management abilities, able to adapt to frequent site travel and flexible working hours.
