The company has four manufacturing plants in Penang providing Mobility Electronics, Power Tools, Semiconductors and Automotive Steering systems. • Lead project teams towards realizing Project Development from concept development to project team release.
• Responsible and Lead project teams to achieve project targets in term of quality, cost and on time delivery.
• Review project monthly basis with the Management Team and highlight issues which warrant their assistance or decision as well as proposals for improvements.
• Coordinate with team members to identify risks, potential project issues and problems, troubleshoot and derive solutions.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Implement and manage project changes and intervention to achieve project outputs.
• Responsible for project expenditure.

• Degree/Master in engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in NPI Project Management (preferably in design and
