About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at OGC BUILDER SDN BHD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Bintulu, Sarawak. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinating and supervising the work of multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and consultants Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project objectives are met Preparing and presenting detailed progress reports and project documentation Providing technical guidance and support to the project team Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Familiarity with local construction regulations and industry best practices Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
