Quality & Safety Compliance
Ensure all works comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and audits regularly.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays.
Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.
Stakeholder Communication
Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Address and resolve project-related queries promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction project management.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
