Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Project Planning & Coordination

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure project compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and regulations.

Team Leadership

Lead, supervise, and motivate the project team and subcontractors. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality standards.

Budget & Cost Control

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve payments. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Quality & Safety Compliance

Ensure all works comply with quality standards and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections and audits regularly.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays. Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.

Stakeholder Communication

Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Address and resolve project-related queries promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction project management. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
