Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Manager

to oversee the end-to-end delivery of web development projects. You will work closely with clients, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle from planning to delivery for website, web app, and digital solution projects. Gather and document client requirements; translate them into clear actionable tasks for the development team. Create and maintain project timelines, schedules, and resource plans. Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion of milestones. Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, content writers, and QA testers. Conduct regular client meetings, updates, and project review presentations. Identify project risks and issues, and implement solutions promptly. Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and contracts. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and project success.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a

web development or digital agency

environment. Strong understanding of website development processes (UI/UX, front-end, back-end, hosting, QA). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure. Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Certifications

PMP (Project Management Professional)
