Job Description

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of projects, ensuring they are executed smoothly from start to finish. - Collaborate with design teams and contractors to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines. - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints. - Oversee the procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards. - Facilitate communication and coordination between various stakeholders including architects, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. - Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues or conflicts and ensure adherence to design plans and project specifications. - Develop, manage and lead project team, assigning tasks, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment. - Assist to liaise with local authorities on submission and approval as and when required. - Assist to manage contracts with vendors and suppliers. - Monitor and ensure each project site achieves standard of health, safety and environmental (HSE) performance. - Review and approve QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) in meeting the project quality objective. - Any other duties or projects that may be assigned from time to time.
