Project Manager - High rise Condo, Commercial Building, Office Renovation, Land acquisitionResponsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for project feasibility study, land matter, planning submission, scheduling, cost, quality control, design, contract administration, authorities matter and etc.
• Follow up in overall project management and implementation of construction activities.
• Work closely with the local authorities, consultants, contractor and utilize relationships to ensure that project implementation schedules are met within the budget allocated.
• Lead various projects from conception and design of the project, through its construction to its completion.
• To control, manage and monitor contractors. Site inspection, monitoring and controlling quality and progress of work at site on day to day basis.
• Attending site meeting and resolve technical issue at site.
• Accountable for all approvals with authorities for all projects.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction/Project Management or equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of related experience in property development and construction industry.
• Experience in managing project(s) such as complex, malls, high rise, office tower will be added advantage.
• Team leader and player, coordinate and work with consultants, contractors, and supplier at all level.
• Highest integrity a pre-requisite with good interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license to travel to site.
