Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, resource management (materials, workforce, subcontractors).
Ensure all site works comply with specifications, drawings, safety standards, and local building regulations.
Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, contractors/subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets: cost estimation, expenditure control, progress tracking, and corrective actions if overruns occur.
Ensure quality control and standards are met, including regular inspections and audits.
Manage project risks and resolve issues such as delays, supply problems, or technical errors.
Provide regular progress reports to management and clients, highlighting issues and recommendations.
Ensure adherence to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE / HSE) regulations on site.
Manage contracts, review agreements, handle claims, variations, and contractual penalties if applicable.
Lead and supervise site teams, maintaining motivation, efficiency, and clear communication.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
