Project Manager (construction)

Job Description

:

  • To monitor, supervise and oversee for overall construction project management, which included but not limited to planning, implementation, execution, compliance and completion of project successfully within the stipulated time, budget and quality
  • To lead and coordinate with internal project team, project consultants and client\'s representative
  • To make safety inspections and ensure construction site safety
  • To maintain quality control procedure on all the time during construction period
  • To prepare paper works like monthly progress reports, request of information etc.
  • To attend all site meetings and consultant meetings
Requirement:
  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural/Construction Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, team working & leading skills
  • Good knowledge of building methods and regulations
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Project Manager (Construction): 5 years (Required)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Required)
