Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for mitigation. Implement change management strategies & Drive initiatives for continuous improvement Projects 150 + engineers working across 6 core products Depending on preference and experience there are opportunities to join mature product teams or new R&D teams who are developing new pilot projects / new initiatives. Must Have 3-10+ years Project Management experience (consulting or technical) PMP / PMI / Agile etc qualifications Experience as a PM or Delivery Manager for large scale projects Nice to have Has documented (on CV) completed and successful projects that you have worked on from inception. Budget ownership / financial acumen to manage budgets Level (6 roles, 1 x for each of the 6 core products) These are senior roles, min exceptions is 3+ years PM experience and for the most critical products 10+ years is preferred. Location Flexible / Hybrid - most teams working 2-3 days p.w @ KL office
