Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Regularly monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.

2. Scrum Master:

• Guide and support Agile development teams in applying Scrum principles and practices effectively
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear and well-defined product backlogs.
• Remove impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team\'s progress.
• Encourage self-organization, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions during sprints.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

• Foster open and effective communication channels within the team and with stakeholders.
• Ensure that project objectives, goals, and progress are well understood by all team members.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment between different teams and departments.
• Act as a bridge between the Agile team and other stakeholders, including upper management.

4. Process Improvement:

• Continuously assess project management and Scrum practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of project deliveries.
• Drive a culture of learning and adaptation to ensure project success in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of both traditional project management methodologies and Agile principles, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
