WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Group Information Security (GIS) plays a pivotal role in securing AIA Group and its 18 markets. This is a Project Management role within GIS, responsible for leading projects within the Cyber Security team. The role is based in Malaysia and reporting to the Head of Cyber Security.

Manage all aspects of multiple projects, involving a variety of functional teams.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and identify resource to support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Effectively communicate project expectations and progress updates to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

Develop project plans with project dependencies and critical paths identified, and closely track project milestones and deliverables throughout project lifecycle.

Engage with vendors and business partners to support effective delivery of projects, ensuring a high standard of governance.

Proactively manage and document changes in project scope, identify risks and devise mitigation plans, escalating as required.

Manage project budget according to policies and procedures; forecast cash flow and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis.

Ensure that project activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organisation.

Coordinate and obtain approvals and signoffs from appropriate stakeholders.

Review project completion and share lessons learnt on both successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Store and archive project documents for audit purpose.

Financial experience required to manage project budget.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or above).

A minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working on projects.

Proven experience in working within an environment of rapid change to execute system implementations, process improvement, and change management.

Self-motivated with strong multi-tasking skills and initiative to think proactively.

Strong ability to understand requirements and manage stakeholders to meet expectations.

Good analytical skills with the ability to translate IT benefits into business value.

Project Management Certification such as PRINCE2\xc2\xae, PMP\xc2\xae, AgilePM\xc2\xae are an advantage.

Occasional travel might be required.
