is currently looking for experienced Project Managers to be deployed.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Manage end-to-end delivery of ILI pipeline inspection projects, including pre-inspection engineering, execution, and post-inspection deliverables.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, manpower plans, and cost control tools.
Coordinate pipeline readiness activities such as cleaning, gauging, caliper runs, and tool selection.
Ensure inspection scope aligns with client specifications, contract requirements, and industry standards (API, ASME, DNV, NACE).
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close-out sessions.
Manage client expectations, variations, claims, and change orders.
Prepare and present project progress reports, schedules, and cost updates.
Technical Coordination
Coordinate with field engineers, data analysts, field supervisors, and tool vendors.
Ensure proper tool configuration, inspection parameters, and data quality requirements are met.
Oversee interface between field execution and data analysis teams to ensure timely reporting.
Review inspection results, anomalies classification, and final reports before submission to clients.
HSE & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, client safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and ensure method statements are approved and followed.
Promote a strong safety culture during all project phases.
Cost & Commercial Control
Monitor project costs, margins, and resource utilization.
Track variations, additional scope, and delay impacts.
Support preparation of claims, extensions of time (EOT), and commercial justifications where applicable.
Vendor & Subcontractor Management
Manage third-party vendors including inspection tool providers, cleaning contractors, and logistics providers.
Ensure subcontractors comply with technical, safety, and schedule requirements.
Requirement:
Degree in Engineering
More than 10 years experience in pipeline inspection services & in Oil & Gas Industry.
ILI knowledge will be added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
