About the job

For the digital services team, we are looking for a proactive enthusiast who can lead projects based on clear roles and responsibilities with a focus on business and people within a matrix relationship. As a Digital project manager, you will drive the IKEA Brand and our overall vision of \xe2\x80\x9ccreating a better everyday life for the many people\xe2\x80\x9d, by contributing with your digital expertise to secure an enhanced customer experience in digital touchpoints.

Your assignment

  • Carry out \xe2\x80\x98Telecommunications\xe2\x80\x99 project on behalf of steering forum and deliver the defined result on time and within budget according to project directive and project plan.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, structure, and document the functional & non-functional requirements & deliverables incl. migration, integration with other systems.
  • Ensure communication of project scope, updates, and impact for our organisation.
  • Ensure organisation readiness as part of project plan to secure defined benefits for end users and customers ensuring efficiency, cost effectiveness and quality of deliverables.
  • Ensure cost tracking, change management, quality assurance, risk identification and mitigation as part of the project plan for a smooth transition and easy adaptation to new ways of working to ensure the organisation can realise benefits.
  • Plan and coordinate the transition of the project into running business and ensure that it is fit for use by securing that all supporting processes and architecture are in place including documentation, knowledge transfer, systems training and performance reporting.
Qualifications
  • You have a genuine passion for digital and for doing what\xe2\x80\x99s best for our business, customers and co-workers.
  • You possess an in-depth working knowledge of large scale & enterprise grade IT infrastructure and voice communications technologies through having at least 5 years of project management experience. IKEA experience is preferred.
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of process mapping and building solutions out of them.
  • You have experience in leading enterprise grade and future ready projects in a digital environment and are tech-savvy to lead the implementation team.
  • You possess knowledge about the connectivity of systems processes and functions spanning the retail operation.
  • You have an experience of working in a customer-focused, fast-paced, multi-dimensional, multi-channel industry or as a specialist within an IKEA organisation.
  • You have experience in stakeholder management, facilitation and experience in business requirement gathering, effective negotiation, vendor management, solution evaluation and working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about digital technologies landscape, customer and end-user experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in English, written and spoken.
