• Stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to digital re-platforming.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design, test, and implement re-platforming changes.
• Assist with applications and integrations across the digital ecosystem.
• Establish and maintain a test base for regression testing purposes.
• Drive successful, on-time project delivery whilst adhering to, and managing the allocated budget.
• Coordinate all system integrators involved in the projects.
• Offer strategic insights and recommendations for the digital roadmap.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Multi-Channel projects with emphasis on quality, UX, and business value.
• Deepen understanding of technologies involved, including Shopify, Statelake, OMS, ERP, PIM, etc.
• Manage documentation for governance forums such as Steering Committees.
• Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, escalating issues to senior stakeholders as necessary.
• Operate effectively across different time zones.
• Document key processes and procedures to facilitate training and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in retail, FMCG, or E-commerce.
• Experience with the Shopify platform and its partners is necessary.
• Candidates need a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
• Preference given to candidates with qualifications in project management.
• Candidates must have experience in rolling out new e-commerce websites.
