Job Responsibility

To ensure construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. To oversee site team members and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and productive operations. To ensure adherence to safety practices and regulations on site, maintaining a safe working environment. To ensure compliance with internal QAQC standards through regular inspections and collaboration with internal Inspectors of Work. Set and monitor construction milestones, ensuring progress is tracked and any deviations are addressed promptly. To ensure effective management and utilisation of the construction budget, adhere to SOPs to optimise resources. Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably having prior experience in infrastructure works and JPS related project(s)
Skills:

Strong project management skills with a proven track record Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in construction management software and tools. Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
Attributes:

Highly organised and detail-oriented. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Can be based in Klang Valley
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
