Job Description

: Drive execution of complex, cross-functional critical Engineering Infrastructure projects from planning through delivery. Partner closely with TPM, Platform Engineering , SRE and related engineering infrastructure teams to define execution plans, milestones, and dependencies. Identify technical, operational, dependencies, resource constraint risks early lead mitigation planning and execution to progress platform rollout and delivery timelines. Continuously optimize project management processes and templates to improve delivery efficiency and predictability. Communicate critical projects status, risks, and trade-offs to management and key stakeholders with clarity and data-driven insights. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of project management experience in technical platforms or large-scale software engineering systems. Proven experience driving complex, multi-dependency projects across multiple teams, with strong execution capability and risk awareness. Strong structured thinking and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects to delivery in ambiguous environments and effectively communicate and report at the executive level. Familiarity with cloud-native IaaS/PaaS products from major cloud service providers (e.g. AWS, Alibaba Cloud). Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
