Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bAs the Project Manager-Excellence, your job is to be able to perform as PMO and PM functions leadership. We expect this person to be ideally a highly experienced professionals in the project management field, preferably with Project Management Professional certification, with skills in budgeting, scheduling, planning and organizational experience, who can provide leadership, guidance, support, numerical, great in communication and project management skills.What you\'ll be accountable for?PMO Skillset:

• Plan, manage and track Project milestones against RF, SOW, project charter, Goals, Scope, Delivery Approach, Delivery Plan, Activities, Risk & Deliverable in an effective manner.
• Able to appreciate waterfall and agile methods. Certified in PMP, ITIL, Prince2, six sigma is preferred.
• independently delivering simple to semi-complex projects, with proficiency in reporting using various software tools like Microsoft Office and able to apply structured programming concepts like sequencing, repetition, selection, pivots, and hierarchy, as required for data processing needs.
• Innovatively implement industry-standard methods and procedures. A centralized project management approach to ensure clarity, consistency, and accurate results within the project team and department, well-versed in SharePoint management to create, manage, and handle other required systems. Also, should be able to coordinate and regulate system access across the entire department.
• Flag any similarities among projects and provide information and resources to different teams to facilitate completion -- and avoid having to reinvent the wheel.
• Provide a dashboard reporting of the health in terms of departmental governance at the core of project management, documentation accuracy and completeness ready for audit compliance at any point of time as required.
• Identify and recommend training for upskilling project managers by identifying the gaps and justify.
• Be the source of information on project methodology and standards, governance, audit and ensure adherence by all department teams of project managers and delivery managers.
• Run costing management at program level, provide adequate and regular reporting to Head of PMD as needed to assist Head of PMD in ensuring all PMs and DMs follow and adhere to project costing management.

Project Management Skillsets:

• Previous project management experience is a must to ensure the person has the importance of having governance, understanding of project lifecycle, required documentation as part of audit compliance.
• Must be flexible enough to expand beyond this PMO function to handling actual projects within department if needed.
• Drive overall Project planning and tracking of project milestones to achieve the desired business outcomes as agreed with the Sponsor/Steering Committee with input from the respective Project Leads and ensure the projects runs according to schedule and budget.
• Plan, Manage and Track project milestones and detailed delivery plans to time, cost and quality as defined by project scope. Verification of customer agreed scope per LOA/ RF.

Able to verify solution by working with counterparts that needs to be delivered based on-site survey * Lead in Identification, manage, escalation and management of key project issues and risks related to the project that project managers are handling, including seeking resolution and execute contingency/action plan to mitigate issues/riskWhat do you need to have for this role?

• A minimum of 3-7 years of working experience in an end-to-end project management capacity
• PMO related work experience is preferred. This is a must for this position.
• Proven working experience as a project manager in Agile development projects
• Solid technical background with strong working knowledge of the GSM, Fixed technology, LTE, 5G, SD-WAN , fiber etc platforms.
• Familiar with wireless telecommunications architecture is preferred
• Experience with optical / DWDM /long haul fiber
• Experience with routing and switching equipment from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, or others
• Detailed understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6
• Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong written skills for effective communication to senior management and various stakeholders (internal & external)
• Excellent time management, planning, budgeting and problem solving capabilities
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• CAPM/PMP / PRINCE II certification is preferred.
