We're on a mission to change how people play, create, and connect -- and we're looking for a

Project Manager

to help us manage, track, and deliver multiple development pipelines as we scale.

The Role

As our

Project Manager

, you'll be the key orchestrator driving project success across teams -- from Unity developers to 3D artists, UI/UX designers, marketers, and back-end engineers. You'll keep sprints on track, manage roadmaps, identify blockers, and communicate progress clearly across stakeholders.

You'll work closely with our founders, technical leads, and production team to make sure Yooca's experiences ship on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality.

? Responsibilities

Plan, track, and manage tasks across multiple teams and projects using agile methodologies Maintain clear documentation of project scope, schedules, sprint boards, and team deliverables Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Proactively identify and mitigate risks and blockers Coordinate between game development (Unity), art, and backend teams to ensure smooth delivery Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders Drive alignment across departments and maintain a positive production culture
Requirements

3-5+ years of experience managing

software or game development projects

Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies Experience working with technical and creative teams Ability to create and manage Gantt charts, sprint boards, roadmaps, and documentation tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Notion, Asana) Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic startup environment
Bonus Points For:

Understanding of

Unity game development workflows

(scene management, prefab usage, builds, asset pipelines) Past experience managing game or metaverse projects Exposure to multiplayer game systems and content pipelines Passion for games, gamification, and interactive media
