Job Description

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in Construction field. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 7-10 years of planning/scheduling experience, preferably in construction/infrastructure. Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

You are required to perform the work based as a scope of service. Details as below:

Collaborating with engineers, architects to determine the specification of the project Negotiation contract with sub-contractor and suppliers to reach profitable agreements Submit and negotiation quotation with clients and customers Prepare and submit project budget and schedule. Good management of the project team to ensure that we are able to fulfil customer needs in the schedule Able to give correct guidance when the project team is facing problems Review and submit progress report to clients and customers Prepare and submit progress claim to clients and customers Able to attend meeting with sub-contractor, clients and customers to resolve problems in the project Verify and certify sub-contractor claim and submit to project director Monitor project cash flow to ensure project are profitable Follow up payment status with clients and customers
