Responsible for segment YoY -5% productivity by continuously explore for Efficiency & Effectiveness improvement
Accountable for NLoP pipeline filling for department
Responsible as key interface to Business Division PRM and conduct periodical Workshop for NLoP engagement
To initiate and drive new NLoP projects (Decided) and benchmarking, BPI with other segments to obtain ideas for improvement
Drive cross functions, TTI, PTE, Engineering, etc on LTCR (5 Years) improvement roadmap, active participate on business case construction especially PCM related area
Lead department MAL KPI/Productivity projects, gather the potential ideas from various functions and drive for commitment
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Preferable Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
More than 5 years preferably with Semiconductor Engineering / Operation, Assembly-to-Test processes knowledge
To have some background in Planning as need to know on bottleneck process, volume outlook to link to LTCR productivity
To have background in finance matrix cost structure / key cost detractors identified for productivity opportunity
Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization
