Open Position: Project Manager (IT Company)

An IT Company is looking for Project Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:
-Proven experience delivering Software or Mobile Development projects within an Agile environment

-Great people management skills; the ability to inspire, lead, and motivate a team

-Ability to work in a matrix organization with geographically distributed teams and interfacing with a range of global and regional teams

-Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to form and maintain successful working relationships at the C-level

-Ideally experienced with a range of software and Agile project delivery methodologies

-Good understanding of mobile software engineering principles, best practices, and approaches

-Familiar with software architecture and design patterns and approaches, including micro-services architectures, service orientation, API-led development

-Demonstrable experience of working and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly emerging requirement
