About the Role

We are looking for a

Project Manager

with a strong foundation in

IT project management

and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles. This role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering results efficiently within a fast-paced educational technology environment.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage

end-to-end project delivery,

from initiation to closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely execution within budget. Prepare and maintain detailed

project documentation, reports, and dashboards

. Utilize advanced Excel tools (

VLOOKUPs, CSV manipulation, Power BI

) for reporting and data tracking. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management to ensure project alignment. Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to digital transformation projects.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience

managing projects (end-to-end experience required).

PMP certification

is an advantage. Strong skills in

Excel, Power BI, and data visualization/reporting tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
