Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end construction process including planning, coordinating, project management, stakeholder management till completion.
- Monitor project progress ensuring smooth delivery as scheduled.
- Involve in budgeting, cost analysis and cost management.
- Determine the Method of Construction and work schedule.
- Attend site meetings.
- Involve in material and machinery management.
- Prepare and submit month performance report.
- Ensure QESH Management System is adhered at all times.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in the construction industry in project management.
- Preferably candidate with infrastructure/LRT experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to be based in Johor (2 years).
