Job Description

We are seeking talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of offshore projects, from planning to execution. This includes, coordinating with the various discipline teams, managing budgets and timelines and ensuring that all safety and regulatory requirements are met. Responsibilities Develop and implement project gantt charts, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation. Coordinate with various teams, including Offshore Crew, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain, to ensure project goals are met Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines and budgets are met Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulatory requirements Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed Communicate and update project status to stakeholders which include Senior Management and Clients Manage project documentation and ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget Provide leadership and guidance to project team members Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in civil or Structural Engineering, Project Management or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in Offshore Project Management Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for offshore projects Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment Experience in offshore grouting for oil and gas/renewables programmes Good understanding of cement and concrete QC methodology and testing. Fluent in English, report writing level Based in Malaysia Johor Bahru with occasional travel overseas and offshore.
