Kelayakan
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Preferably 3-5 years experience in project management.
- Basic Malay, English, and Mandarin.
- Willing to travel or stay outstation in Singapore.
- Strong experience in aluminium glazing / facade industry and PPVC yard preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Manage full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
- Prepare project budget, schedule, manpower planning, and resources.
- Lead engineers, coordinators, and site teams.
- Conduct meetings, site inspections, and ensure work quality.
- Manage clients, consultants, and contractors professionally.
- Identify risks and provide effective solutions.
- Update management with progress, cost status, and reports.
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
- Annual leave & medical leave.
- Medical claim.
- Yearly Performance Appraisal
- Career growth to Senior Project Manager / Operation Manager level.
- EPF / SOCSO / PCB
