Job Description

Salary: Up to MYR 10,000 Per Month

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Type: Full Time

Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Construction-related studies.

Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in the construction industry.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Knowledge and skills in: Project Management, Critical Thinking, Coordination, Problem Solving, Negotiation, and Construction Management.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for project performance and budget.

Plan and implement projects, and monitor project performance.

Schedule projects in logical stages and budget time to meet deadlines.

Manage inspections and ensure authority approvals are in place.

Coordinate with authorities to obtain approvals and ensure construction completion.

Prepare and implement programs to ensure all resources are planned for site activities.

Ensure cost efficiency during project implementation.

Monitor project progress and prepare Project Progress Reports for clients.

Verify claims and coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor (QS) on claim submission.

Liaise with suppliers and manage material requisitions.

Ensure project personnel adhere to safety and quality standards.

Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates and site personnel.
