Job Description

Salary: Up to MYR 18,000 Per Month


Location: Johor


Type: Full Time



Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Proficiency in project management systems and operations.

Willing to travel or stay occasionally in Singapore.

Strong experience in aluminium / facade industry and precast yard preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.


Responsibilities:



Manage full project lifecycle from planning to handover.

Prepare project budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and resources.

Lead engineers, coordinators, and site teams.

Manage timelines, conduct inspections, and ensure work quality.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors professionally.

Identify risks and provide effective solutions.

Update management with progress, cost status, and reports.
