Manage construction/engineering projects to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
Lead site teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve technical and quality issues.
Control project costs, documentation, and reporting.
Manage manpower planning, approve site leave, and evaluate team performance.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in
Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
or equivalent.
Minimum
5 years' relevant experience
in construction, engineering, or utility services.
Mandatory
site supervision and/or design experience
.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
.
Knowledge of construction contracts and statutory requirements.
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 knowledge is an advantage.
Willing to work in
Johor Bahru
