Job Description

\xc2\xb7 To coordinate works among department, consultant, client, authorities, sub-contractors and suppliers in project implementation. \xc2\xb7 Plan a construction project and prepare a construction schedule in conjunction with the Project Superintendent. \xc2\xb7 Have the ability to read, interpret, analyse and forecast a project\xe2\x80\x99s cost report and determine the status of the job in terms of schedule and costing. \xc2\xb7 Be aware of unit costs and monitor and compare daily progress on site with that of the project\xe2\x80\x99s estimate in conjunction with the Project Superintendent. \xc2\xb7 Conduct project meetings as needed. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate, manage and communicate with all subcontractors and effectively deal with problems such as delivery, labour, schedule and payment disputes. \xc2\xb7 Plan, manage and complete specific projects within given time and cost target with approved quality. \xc2\xb7 Preparation of project budgets, monitoring of project expenses, taking corrective actions and regular updates on status of project. \xc2\xb7 Identify and anticipate site and construction problems and implement workable solutions. \xc2\xb7 Propose method of construction and resources requirement for effective utilisation. \xc2\xb7 To ensure compliance of Safety, Health and Environment (S.H.E) policies and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.
