Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Degree
• Good in project management and supervision skills
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• More than 10 years' experience in Property Developer Industry
• Good knowledge in email functions, MS office skills & data presentation skills
• Ability to lead & manage complex large scale project planning & execution

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the progress of project planning & execution work, ensuring project timeline is met as per Management's direction.
• Coordinate with consultants during conceptual design, design development and tender stage
• Ensure project implementation and completion with stipulated time, cost and quality
• Lead and liaise with staff ensuring the sub-contractor to complete work according to schedule as to avoid any delay/ extension of time
• Liaise with local authorities for building inspection and to obtain approval for development project.
• Manage and handle project budget, costing and management reporting
