Job Summary:

- Able to work under pressure and multitask

- Good communication & coordination skills.

- Able to read technical drawings and coordinate with subcons, suppliers & internal teams

- Willing to travel and work at project sites outside Melaka with own transport or office transport

- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Key Tasks:

- Planning, coordinating , and executing interior design & construction projects.

- Prepare project documentation (quotation, BQ, layout, reports, project schedule)

- Liase with suppliers, contractors and clients.

- Monitor project timeline, cost, and quality

- Assist in site supervision and ensure safety compliance.

- Able to work under pressure and multitask

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree

Architecture / Interior Fit-Out/ Construction or related field.

2-3 years of experience in construction site supervision

Leadership, reporting skills, hardworking, honest and trustworthy.
