JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, manage, control and monitor construction work progress at site.
Resolving technical or construction issues at site.
Drive project completion as schedule, safely and efficiently.
Must be able to collaborate with all parties involved in the project.
Must have exceptional communication skill. Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to the project management team, and others stakeholders/trade partners.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent.
At least 7 years or above of working experience for high rise construction.
Well verse with Gantt Chart/CPM/Microsoft Project/AutoCAD.
Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as part of our commitment to effective communication and serving a diverse clientele, fluency in Mandarin is preferred for this role).
Site Location at, Sungai Long, Kajang.
