Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager cum site supervisor to oversee projects from planning through execution and completion. The ideal candidate will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and inside budget, while maintaining high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaising with clients and consultants with the responsibility of strategic planning and programming, as well as, providing solutions for technical problems.

2. Providing assistance during project implementation stage for sales and design teams.

3. Reviewing drawings and specifications with the Project Team.

4. Liaising with all team members of the project in supervising site and overall progression.

5. Establishing the lines of communication with external parties involved in the project and conveying this to the project team.

6. Leading the project team and delegating the tasks within the team.

7. Ensuring procurement activities are progressed and completed according to milestone by monitoring the Procurement Schedule.

8. Providing progress update to Senior Management -escalating potential problems and issues when necessary.

9. Ensuring project files and records are properly maintained.

10. Meeting clients demands by arranging and taking part in site meeting, while ensuring deliverables are completed on time

11. Manage and coordinate project deliverables, ensuring their quality and configuration management.

12. Provide periodic update on project progress to project sponsors and supervisor.

13. Ensuring defects are managed and closed-out effectively and promptly.

14. Have own transportation and valid D license is preferred.

Requirement:

Have valid D or DA license. GDL license is an advantage. Able to communicate effectively, self-driven with work responsibilities, and exude positivity at work. Able to work with minimal supervision. Good interpersonal skills and organisational skills. Focused,serious, responsibility and detail oriented. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities for complex site challenges. Age around below 45 years old
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
