Job Description

Responsibilities:

Monitor and lead the site team for smooth timely task completion according to drawing and specifications Business minded, cost control, minimise wastage and prevent mismanagement and theft and machineries idling, maintain workers discipline Establish an excellent method of site work implementation to liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and supplier Establish, record and maintain a full set of project documentation Ensure that projects are complying with any construction drawings, safety standards, specifications, high quality of works.

Requirements:

Able to prepare the work programme in MS project Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or 8 years working experience for those having qualification SPM, Certificate from college , or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent Preferable for those experience in water structure construction and hospital is advantages Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in building construction Good knowledge of building works, M & E works coordination Able to work outstation & travel
